2017 320th MMS Reunion - June 2-4, 2017- Denver, Colorado
We have reserved a block of rooms from June 2 through June 4 at a special rates. The rates are $129/night for a King and $139/night for a double. This rate will be honored three days before and three days after the blocked dates as long as rooms are available. This means that anyone wanting to come early or stay late can do so but reservations need to be made as early as possible so they can get the rooms locked in.
Rooms will have to be reserved by each attendee. Reservations can be made by calling the toll-free number 1-800-560-7782 or the hotel direct at 303-375-0400. Be sure to use the group code MMS. It is very important to reserve early. It will be better to make reservations and cancel later if necessary than to wait later to make them. The cutoff date for our guaranteed room rate rate is May 2, 2017.

This hotel is near near where the former Stapleton airport was located.. There is an airport shuttle and a complimentary shuttle for trips within 5 miles to the propertyh. It is also located near the Peoria light rail station which goes downtown.
We have also reserved an executive suite at the hotel for possible use during the reunion.
All rooms are two room suites with either King or two queen beds.
- A complimentary breakfast cooked to order every morning is included.
- They have a complimentary Evening Reception with beverages and snacks.
- A shuttle serves the hotel from the airport and arrangements for shuttle can be made by phone or Internet.

We will have a reception on Friday evening at 5:00 PM in the hotel lobby. We'll then have dinner at close restaurant or in hotel dining room.
Denver Botanic Gardens and Cheesman Park
After breakfast we will carpool over to the Denver Botanic Gardens, which are located at 1007 York Street and are adjacent to Cheesman park. There is free parking for the botanic gardens in a garage on York Street. The Botanic gardens cover 24 acres with more than 45 formal gardens. Cheesman Park is adjacent to the Botanic Gardens and is renowned for its panoramic view of the Rockies and the downtown skyline.
Admission to the Botanic Gardens: $12.50 ($9.50 for 65+); Admission to Cheesman Park is free.

Denver Museum of Nature and Science
Located at 2001 Colorado Blvd in City Park. Tickets: $14.95/$11.95 for seniors. Free parking
The Denver Zoo is also in City Park.. Admission: $17/$14 for seniors 65+
Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium. Tours start at the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame Museum located at Gate #1 on the stadium's west side.. 75 minute, half mile walking tour. Allow 1.5 hours. Cost: $15 / $12 for 65+.
History Colorado Center - $12/$10 for 65+ Exhibits on Colorado history over the last 10,000 years. Mesa Verde artifacts; Dust bowl theatre; etc. Allow 1.5 hours.
Wings over the Rockies Museum - We will carpool over to the museum on Saturday afternoon. It is located in Hangar 1 of the former Lowry AFB. From 1937 to 1994, Lowry served primarily a technical training center, graduated more than 1.1 million enlisted members and officers in skills ranging from armament to photography, tremendously strengthening the country’s war efforts in World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War and the Cold War. The museum includes more than 182,000 square feet of hangar space and 50 iconic aircraft dating from 1939 to 1990.
U.S. Air Force Academy - Free admission. On Sunday morning we will carpool to Colorado Springs and tour the U.S. Air Force Academy. Attractions at the academy include the Barry Goldwater Air Force Academy Visitor Center, the cadet chapel and a nature walk. Self-guided tour maps and information on the academy are available at the information desk. The visitor center is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors to the academy must enter the installation through the North Gate between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Since the Academy is still under heightened security measures, non-DoD visitors must present one form of government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license. Admission is free.
Garden of the Gods - Free admission. The Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center is is the most visited attraction in the Pikes Peak region. It is a city park and a registered National Natural Landmark offering iconic views, interactive museum exhibits, world class shopping, and the fun and exciting Geo-Trekker Theater movie experience. Open 5:00 am – 11:00 pm daily.
