2020 320th MMS Reunion

We have reserved a block of rooms from May 28 through May 30 at a special rate of $129/night. This rate will be honored ONLY between May 28 and May 30. If you plan to arrive before the contracted date of May 28 you will need to call the Hotel directly so we can check availability. As long as they have availability they will be happy to book you in the block.

Getting there from Dayton International Airport
The hotel is located about 13 miles from Dayton International Airport. Complimentary transportation to the hotel from the airport is provided by the hotel.
If you are driving or renting a car
If you are driving or renting a car, there is complimentary self-parking in the Dayton Transportation Center Parking Garage connected to the hotel via a skywalk. Complimentary valet parking is also available.

To Make A Reservation
The cut-off date for making reservations for this block rate is April 28, 2020. Any rooms not booked by this date will be released back to the hotel.

Arrive at the hotel and check in
thursday Evening - RECEPTION and Dinner
We will have an informal happy hour / reception in the hotel. Following the reception, we will have a group meal either in the hotel or at a nearby restaurant.
Friday Morning and Afternoon
National Museum of the United States air Force
We will carpool over to the USAF Museum early Friday after breakfast. Our group is registered and will be given early access to the museum at 8:45 AM. We will be given rail down access to their F-100 photos and then will start the tour of SE Asia and Cold War Galleries After that we will be having lunch and touring the rest of the museum. Admission to the museum is free. If needed, scooters can be signed out for free.
All visitors may be screened with a metal detector upon entry. In addition, all bags are subject to search and may be placed through an X-Ray machine. Weapons are not permitted including pocket knives.

SATURDAY MORNING and Afternoon
Activities for Saturday are still being finalized. There is a lot to see and do in and around Dayton. Here are some of the attractions we are considering:

Following our day trips, we'll meet back to the hotel and have dinner at a nearby restaurant.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: BROADWAY IN DAYTON: CATS
While we are in Dayton, CATS, the record-breaking musical spectacular by Andrew Lloyd Webber will be playing in Dayton. We are trying to set up an optional activity where you can attend this show while we are there. Tickets are approximately $89 per person. If you want to attend the show you need to send in your confirmation form ASAP.

Dayton is the sixth-largest city in the state of Ohio. The 2018 U.S. census estimate put the city population at 140,640, while Greater Dayton was estimated to be at 803,416 residents. Dayton lies within Ohio's Miami Valley region, just north of Greater Cincinnati.
